The Process
Spencer needed a website that would be as big a force on the web as he is in real life. Spencer is a dynamic real estate guru who is constantly pushing the limits on what is possible. We met to discuss requirements and the vision of the project.
Since Spencer is doing so many different things (he runs 4+ real estate related businesses), he needed a website with clear marketing and a clear message. So the design needed to be simple but bold. It needed to showcase what he is doing without drowning the site visitors with detail after detail.
We did some initial market research to see what competitors were doing in this space, and came up with an initial design vision. We would have a visually simple backdrop but accent with a consistent color scheme and a consistent message throughout. The focus would then be on the videos and other media content that Spencer and his team are pumping out.
